I understand I must make settlement in full for purchases made on behalf upon notification I am the successful bidder. Cash, cashier's checks or good personal checks made only to Mid-American Auction Co., Inc., 233 Hickman Drive, Sauk Centre, MN 56378, will be accepted as payment. I agree not to stop payment on checks and will be responsible for all expenses due to collection, including $30.00 returned check fee. No items to be removed until payment has been received.
Sales tax will be charged in instances where state law requires. I assume full responsibility for payment, damage, loss and removal of all purchased items. I will not hold owners, agents or employees of same, responsible should injury occur to me or my agents during removal of any items. I acknowledge full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by myself or my agents.
